Refund policy

We want you to love your new look. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

How to initiate a return:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• We will provide you with return instructions
• Ineligible products for return include: worn or damaged items, altered packaging/product, discontinued, closeout, final sale, and last call items, opened hair care items, charity donations, and shipping protection.
• Please note, a return shipping charge of $10.95 will be deducted from your refund when using the prepaid label.
• Refund processing time takes about 5-7 business days
